Julie Anne Smith, A.K.A. Julianne Moor is a Hollywood writer and actress who has been recognized for her talents. Sagittarius. The actress was born at the age of 3 in North Carolina December 3, 1960. She is one of the three oldest children to Peter Moore Smith and Anne Smith. Peter was a parachutist. Her parents are English, Scottish and of mixed heritage. Due to her father's job the Moore family was often moved and she was unable to form friendships or maintain ones. Moore's family moved to Germany and she attended Frankfurt American High School, where her first acting opportunities were on stage in productions. She furthered her education at Boston University, graduating in 1983 with the degree of a B.F.A. After graduating, Moore moved to New York, where she began her journey in Off-Broadway Theater. Moore's career began in New York with Off-Broadway Theater after graduation. She made an appearance on the screen in The Edge of Night. It was in 1986 that she played the dual characters of Sabrina Hughes (Frannnie) and Frannie Hughes (Sabrina Hughes). This became her biggest breakthrough. It was on from 1988 to the present and was awarded a Daytime Emmy Award for her performance. In 1990, she was the first film actress to make her debut on cinema in Tales from the Darkside: The Movie which she later described as an awful low-budget movie. She appeared in Short Cuts (1993) and 3 Women (1997) both films by Robert Altman. The films were critically acclaimed and Moore received multiple nominations. Moore played her first big performance in Safe which was a film from 1995. Steven Spielberg's choice to cast Moore as the lead in Jurassic Park: The Lost World, one of the highest grossing films from 1997, represented a huge change in her career. In 1999, she won an SAG award for her role in Magnolia. The Hours was her co-starring part in 2002. it earned nine Academy Award nominations, including Nicole Kidman. Other films she has acted in include The Forgotten 2004 Freedomland 2006. Shelter (2010), and many more. Non-Stop was her film from 2014. Moore is a veteran of numerous television and film series. Moore's latest role as a leading actress is in When You Finish saving the World (2022). The actress has made herself known as a star in Hollywood and is also an author of children's books. In 2007, she published Freckleface Strawberry, which became a New York Times bestseller. The book became a best seller, and was later made into a TV series and musical. Her 2013 book, My Mom Is A Foreigner was also a best-seller. Moore is a successful writer and actress. Her personal life, is therefore in the public domain. She was married John Robin in 1984 and they split in 1995. Bart Freundlich is the father of two of her children. Moore's primary focus is on her friends, family as well as her career.
